The Dart Depot will endeavor to dispatch your order from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse within 2 working days of your order being paid/placed. Our products are delivered to you using DHL International.
Generally speaking, we aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 days after your order has been placed. Of course, the courier company do their best to deliver your parcels to the above guidelines. But, sometimes events beyond their control may mean they may take an extra day or so to deliver. As such, please note that they cannot guarantee delivery within the above service standards.
Important to note:
If your item is going to a rural area, delivery may take an additional 24 hours. Rural deliveries do not require signature.
